How to do if the ceiling fan shakes？

Remove the up canopy and check if the mounting bracket is loose and make sure the fan is installed correctly. If the bracket is loose, use a screwdriver to tighten the screws on it.

Can I use it with my existing dimmer switch?

No. A wall dimmer switch will reduce current and interfere with fan control. Replace the wall dimmer switch with an on-off switch. You may need an electrician.

Can the ceilingfan be used outdoors?

The fan can work on a covered balcony, but we do not recommend that.

Our ceiling is pitched. Can we install it?

The fan can be installed on a ceiling with an inclination angle of no more than 15°,

and it is better to use a long downrod.

Can we use the wall switch to control the brightness and speed of the fan light?

No, the fan can not work with a Wall Switch with speed control or dimmer function.
